We have had some challenges with the new place, but its still so worth it!

Cable is still not setup after 4 cable guys and 2 electricians, the new light and picture are finally hung, boxspring didn't make it downstairs and ended up in the dumpster even after being folded like a peanut butter sandwich, and there is a subconscious finger nail biter in the house (Neal! Gross!)

But the patio, the fireplace, and the space is so lovely!
