Cinco de mayo deliciousness

Hosted a rooftop gathering with yummy food and bevs all around!

Menu included chips and guac, mango salsa and pico de gallo; elote grilled corn; chorizo sausage appetizer; talapia fish tacos; grilled pineapple; and Mexican pastries for dessert.

Signature cocktails were pepper-infused pineapple tequila cocktails, tecate with lime and chili salt, and blended piƱa coladas!

Sarah and Casey carted over the blender and gallon of guacamole via the bus, such a perfect city-style way to transport.

And napping by 7:30, success!
