NYC snowstorm proof

Since the Marc Jacobs rain boots proved adorabe but too small and
painful to wear, I got my new fave chookas to get me through this
blizzard and the rainy spring. Only had to suffer a few soaked days so
far. This morning was one helluva soaked one, but they came this
afternoon!
