Tough day on the grate!

Our homeless neighbor who hangs out on a steamy sewer grate has gone
from intriguing, to creepy, back to intriguing. He's reportedly almost
been runover by cabs while on the grate and last month we saw him
chillin while drinking a sparks in the entryway of the apt bldg across
from us, then 30 mins later the property owner was spotted dumping
soapy water where he stood. That little stinker!!

Long story short, he's become a constant in our lives. I have no doubt
that these cops sent him on his way and he'll be lingering again
tomorrow.
